For clarity, Zenmates collects Personal Data from you too, in part, provide you with personalized content and information related to loan products, but we are not a lender. Any loan or related product to which you may become a party is solely transacted between you and the applicable lender and/or loan originator and is not a part of the Services.
IP Addresses; Device ID Information: The requests you make to us may contain your IP address (the Internet address of your computer). We may use visitors’ IP addresses for various purposes, including to display customized content and analyze and report upon usage of the Services; to diagnose and Pruitt service or technology problems affecting the Services, and to monitor and Pruitt fraud and abuse. If you access the Services on a mobile device, we may also collect your device identification number and request access to settings and location information for similar purposes and to personalize your experience with the Services.
Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with Zenmates through the Services, we receive and store specific personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to accurately identify you. We may store such information ourselves or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by Zenmates affiliates, agents or service providers. The Services may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to the Services, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.
In addition to cookies, we may use web beacons (also known as “clear GIFs”) to measure traffic to or from or use of our online forms, tools or content items and related browsing behaviour and to improve your experience when using the Services. Marketing: Zenmates lenders and service providers whom we share your information for product pricing may use your Data to communicate with you by email, postal mail, or by text message to provide you with:
– Information regarding your application status, or transnational information relevant to your account. – Opportunities and promotions available through the services or products of our lenders and service providers that we think may be of interest to you. – Information or content – such as articles or white papers – that we believe would be of interest to you through e-mail, text messages, or postal mail.
Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information: MM is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:
Certain Business Partners: When we partner with other businesses to provide content or services to you or such business partners, we may share relevant Personal Data in connection with such content or services. For example, we will share your contact and other information with a lender and/or service provider if the information you provide in one of our online forms or tools matches specific criteria for loan products offered by such lender and/or loan originator.
Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the Zenmates of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar , Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.
Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases and providing marketing assistance. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function.
Legal Requirements: Zenmates may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Zenmates, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.
